Clinical Magnet (Part of ICON Medical) is seeking a Claims Director to join our partner’s full-time team in Denver, CO for a Hybrid opportunity.

This is a DIRECT HIRE OPPORTUNITY

Key Responsibilities for the Claims Director:

• Oversee claims operations, including adjudications, appeals, adjustments, and vendor services
• Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and timely payment of claims
• Manage staff, assign workflow, and provide leadership in day-to-day operations
• Implement and monitor KPIs and reporting for claims-related functions
• Collaborate with operations, finance, IT, and other departments to improve processes
• Support claim-related audits, software improvements, and vendor relationships
• Represent the department in regulatory meetings, committees, and company initiatives

Key Requirements for the Claims Director:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in healthcare claims processing
• Strong knowledge of insurance processes, coding, claims software, and auditing
• Experience supervising and developing staff (2+ years minimum)
• Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite and claims systems (e.g., MCO, Check-writer)
• Strong interpersonal, analytical, and written communication skills

Compensation and Schedule for the Claims Director:

• Salary range: $103,300–$134,400, dependent on experience
• Full-time, onsite in Denver, CO, M–F, standard business hours

Travel Requirements:

• Estimated travel: Less than 10%
• Occasional travel to partner sites for investigations, meetings, and team coordination
• May include local site visits and occasional overnight travel
