Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in data analytics, BI, or analytics roles.
• Strong SQL (T-SQL) with complex queries and stored procedures.
• Advanced Power BI with dashboards, reporting, and DAX.
• Ability to work independently with large datasets.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to translate findings into actionable business recommendations.
• Experience collaborating with business stakeholders and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain SQL queries and procedures to support reporting and decision-making.
• Design, build, and enhance Power BI dashboards using Fabric and DirectLake.
• Support operational dashboards for claims performance and analytics.
• Perform trend analysis, forecasting, and exploratory analytics.
• Identify leakage, anomalies, fraud indicators, and inefficiencies.
• Create performance scorecards and workforce productivity reporting.
• Conduct statistical analyses on severity, closing ratios, and reserves.
• Translate business questions into meaningful reports and insights.
• Partner with IT/Data Engineering to ensure data integrity and reliability.
• Evaluate AI-assisted analytics solutions to improve outcomes.
• Maintain reporting standards, governance, and documentation.
• Stay updated on analytics trends and best practices.
