Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, mathematics, statistics or IT-related fields, or related experience.
• Prefer knowledge of the insurance industry and risk management.
• 2+ years hands-on experience with reporting tools such as SAP BW, Power BI, Cognos or other tools for analytics and reporting.
• Familiar with data models and tools like PowerPivot; statistics knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Participate in or lead meetings with customers to understand data and reporting needs.
• Develop and validate reports, dashboards, and large-scale trending analyses.
• Extract and validate information from multiple data sources.
• Collaborate with IT to investigate data discrepancies and test system enhancements.
• Mentor other analysts and lead projects as experience grows.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency of data across sources.
