Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries, including non-routine cases, and perform research to resolve inquiries.
• Review and adjudicate claims and/or non-medical appeals.
• Determine whether to return, deny or pay claims per policies and procedures.
• Maintain effective customer relations by responding accurately and timely across channels.
• Examine and process claims according to regulations and guidelines.
• Enter claims with correct coding and ensure processing aligns with quality standards.
