Job summary

Stewart seeks a skilled professional to oversee all aspects of title claims from inception to resolution in a dynamic real estate services environment. You will investigate, evaluate coverage, and manage claims with attention to detail and timely communication.

• Responsible for managing all aspects of title claims, inception through resolution, including investigation, evaluation, coverage determination and claims management.
• Performs a range of assignments and may lead projects within own discipline.
• Applies working knowledge of business and best practices gained through understanding of key business drivers and recognition of how own area integrates within organization.
• Works within broad guidelines and polices to accomplish objectives and goals.
• Solves moderately complex to complex problems and analyzes possible solutions using technical experience, judgement and precedents.
• Explains complex and/or sensitive information in a straightforward manner.
• Acts as a resource for colleagues, provides guidance to less experienced team members.
• Individual contributor working with limited oversight.
• Performs all other duties as assigned by management.

Pay Range & Benefits

$87,158.78 - $145,264.63 Annually The base salary range provided is consistent with similar roles at the Company. The base salary range is not an absolute, but a guide, and actual offers will be based on the individual candidate's knowledge, skills, education, experience, location, market conditions, and other compensation components. Depending upon all of the preceding considerations, the base salary may be lower or higher than the stated range.
