You will manage litigated and non-litigated claims as well as develop action plans for Reserving and Resolution opportunities. You will be handling all aspects of a growing inventory of claims while working more independently.
  • Obtain Adjusting License: You will be expected to obtain all necessary adjusting licenses within approximately 180 days (or within timeframe directed by management) of your employment.
  • Develop independent working environment: Within 6 months, you will work independently drafting your own coverage letters, completing authority requests when needed, and settling claims as appropriate within authority with limited management oversight.
