Qualifications

5-10 years of hands-on experience in building consulting, engineering, architecture, or construction.
Experience testifying or supporting technical reports or claims analysis in 5 to 10 matters.
Strong knowledge of building science, construction methods, and failure analysis.
Excellent technical writing and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Conduct building, construction defect and performance investigations, often on less complex matters.
Prepare technical reports and documentation; support depositions; may testify on less complex matters.
Receive technical guidance and contribute to QC reviews and standards.
Present findings clearly to clients and attorneys; support client relationships.
Assist in proposal development and identify new claims opportunities.
