Associate Claims Specialist Training Track

The Liability Claims Trainee role is an entry‑level position designed to prepare individuals for a career as a claims professional through a structured, hands‑on training program.

Trainees participate in a multi‑month development program combining classroom instruction, system training, supervised claim handling, coaching, and job shadowing. Successful completion of the program prepares the trainee to manage liability claims independently.
