Job summary

US Tech Solutions in Myrtle Beach, SC is seeking a customer service professional to support claims processing on a 3-month contract. Training will be 6 weeks onsite, with hours 8am–5pm and potential overtime. The role includes a credit check and C2 clearance. Interviews are conducted in person on site.

Ideal candidates have 2 years of CS experience (or a Bachelor's) and strong verbal/written communication. Potential conversion to full-time with Tricare East support.

Qualifications

• 2 years of customer service experience including 1 year claims or appeals processing (or Bachelor’s degree in lieu).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.
• Basic business math proficiency and discretion with confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries, may require deviation from standard screens and scripts, research as needed to resolve claims.
• Maintain excellent customer relations by responding accurately and timely across phone, web, email, or walk-ins.
• Enter and verify claims in the system, ensure correct coding and compliance with policies.
• Identify complex issues and refer to lead/manager; report potential fraud or abuse.
