Qualifications

• Ability to maintain satisfactory working relationships with other employees and the general public required.

Responsibilities

• Review filings and process claims; gather and provide information.
• Contact witnesses, attorneys, claimants, and others to develop questions and research.
• Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
• Maintain confidentiality and work collaboratively with the team.
• Serve as a resource in knowledge areas and assist in meetings and in preparing public education materials.
