Key Responsibilities
- Analyze healthcare financial and operational data
- Monitor industry trends and regulatory updates
- Conduct contract cost reviews and provider performance evaluations
- Reconcile hospital claims data and update analytics systems
- Apply Medicare pricing methodologies
- Support modeling of capitated and fee-for-service arrangements
- Assist in capitation deduction processing and contract clarifications
- Automate logic for capitation processing
- Validate and reconcile SSRS reports
- Prepare regulatory reports
- Create operational dashboards and financial reports
- Collaborate across departments to ensure data accuracy
- Handle ad-hoc data requests
- Support team environment and ownership of tasks
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
- 2–3 years healthcare finance or accounting experience
- Experience in IPA or Managed Care preferred
- Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with Tableau, Power BI, or Power Query preferred
- Knowledge of SQL; basic Python or R preferred
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Effective communication skills
- Position may be remote or hybrid, subject to approval
