Key Responsibilities

• Analyze healthcare financial and operational data
• Monitor industry trends and regulatory updates
• Conduct contract cost reviews and provider performance evaluations
• Reconcile hospital claims data and update analytics systems
• Apply Medicare pricing methodologies
• Support modeling of capitated and fee-for-service arrangements
• Assist in capitation deduction processing and contract clarifications
• Automate logic for capitation processing
• Validate and reconcile SSRS reports
• Prepare regulatory reports
• Create operational dashboards and financial reports
• Collaborate across departments to ensure data accuracy
• Handle ad-hoc data requests
• Support team environment and ownership of tasks

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
• 2–3 years healthcare finance or accounting experience
• Experience in IPA or Managed Care preferred
• Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with Tableau, Power BI, or Power Query preferred
• Knowledge of SQL; basic Python or R preferred
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Effective communication skills
• Position may be remote or hybrid, subject to approval
