Responsibilities

• Investigate and pursue claims against other parties who have damaged company property and maximize financial recoveries in a fair and equitable manner.
• Develop working relationships with company personnel and outside parties to facilitate the timely resolution of pending claims.
• Responds to claim inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Demonstrates good communication skills (both written and orally) when interacting with clients, management, and other outside agencies.
• Ability to stay organized to manage the volume of assigned claims.
