You will assess insurance claims, interview involved parties, and determine liability and damages, while preparing reports and negotiating settlements with clients and insurers. You will work in a team environment at our Los Angeles office, where collaboration and mutual support are highly valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; at least 2 years of experience as a Claims Adjuster or related role.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and stakeholders.
• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of insurance policies, claims procedures, and relevant laws and regulations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with claims management software.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and assess insurance claims to determine extent of loss or damage.
• Interview policyholders, witnesses, and other relevant parties to gather information.
• Review medical records, repair estimates, and other documentation to support findings.
• Recommend appropriate settlement amounts or deny claims as necessary.
• Assist clients with appeals and provide guidance throughout the claims process.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all activities related to each claim.
