Job description

We’re thrilled that you are interested in joining us here at the Amynta Group!

Applicant must have experience with agricultural and construction equipment. Must have analytical skills and be able to navigate and work with MS Office applications. Applicant must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, have excellent customer service skills, and beable to prioritize. Applicant will be responsible for claimsincluding any dollar amount up to andin excess of $100k. We process claims involving mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic breakdowns of agricultural and construction equipment for Dealerships so mechanical aptitude and a high level of professionalism is essential.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Adjudicate claims fairly, accurately, and efficiently within the contract guidelines.
  • Effectively communicate with equipment dealers and insured parties to gather accurate information, clarify claim details, and facilitate timely resolution of heavy equipment claims.
  • Maintain and grow key relationships within the business segment to support and sustain company growth and long-term success.

Minimum Job Skills, Abilities and Qualifications:

  • Technical knowledge of heavy equipment, familiarity with multiple makes, models, and functionality.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess mechanical breakdowns, determine liability, and evaluate repairs performed.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication for interacting with parties both inside and outside of the organization.
  • Maintain knowledge of Multiple Contracts Terms and Conditions and Coverages.
  • Comfortable and proficient with Microsoft Office programs.
  • Ability to handle multiple claims efficiently and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • High school diploma or GED (required). Associate or bachelor’s degree (preferred).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the heavy equipment industry or in mechanical claims adjustment.
  • Experience using claims management systems or dealer business systems.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel if/when required.
