Job summary

Independence Pet Group seeks a Claims Adjuster-Associate to investigate and settle veterinary insurance claims remotely in the USA. You will review medical history, verify coverage, and communicate with clinics and policyholders to determine fair compensation.

Responsibilities include updating EOBs, ordering medical records when needed, and ensuring timely claim closure. A CVT/RVT or equivalent, plus an adjuster license (or within 90 days) is required for this full-time role.

Qualifications

• 1 year relevant experience working in a veterinary clinic.
• Associate’s Degree or equivalent work experience; or CVT; or RVT.
• Must have and maintain Adjusters license or obtain within 90 days of hire.
