State Compensation Insurance Fund in California is hiring a Workers’ Compensation Claims Adjuster. You will learn the lifecycle of a workers' compensation claim and the governing codes and laws, ensure timely and accurate benefit provision, and collaborate with a team of claims professionals.

Interviews are virtual via Microsoft Teams; positions may be filled in Bakersfield, Eureka, Fresno, Pleasanton, Redding, Riverside, Glendale, Rohnert Park, Sacramento, San Diego, or Vacaville, with a focus

In this Role You Will:

• Learn the lifecycle of a Workers Compensation claim and the governing codes and laws.


• Ensure timely and accurate benefit provision, according to claims management, corporate policies & procedures and DWC laws and regulations.


• Proactively and independently, manage, finalize and control (adjust) an inventory.


• Collaborate with a team of claims professionals and other stakeholders.


• Serve as a resource to other team members and/or other internal staff.


• Ensure delivery of a high-quality claims product as demonstrated by successful execution of job duties.
