• First-line management of Claim personnel, including hiring, training, coaching, performance management, and salary activities
• Reviewing and controlling claim activities such as investigations, payments, and adjustment expenses
• Implementing new company programs, policies, and procedures
• Ensuring compliance with company procedures, laws, and legal requirements
• Promoting employee development within an inclusive environment

Where You'll Work:

This is a Remote-Field position, working from home with a mobile office/vehicle for in-person appointments. Candidates may need to work outside their territory as needed.

Qualifications

Candidates must demonstrate:

• Effective communication skills
• Leadership qualities such as promoting customer focus, tackling challenges, and inspiring teams
• Physical agility for tasks like lifting, climbing, inspecting structures, and crawling in tight spaces
• May require Rope and Harness Safety Training
• A valid driver's license

Preferred qualifications include:

• Claims or call center experience
• Leadership experience
• Experience with Xactimate, XactContents

Additional requirements:

• Successful completion of training, licensing, MVRs, and background checks as per state regulations
