Compensation Overview

The annual base salary range for this position is a nationwide market range, reflecting salaries across the country. The actual salary will depend on factors such as role scope, complexity, location, candidate skills, education, training, credentials, experience, and other employment conditions. Employees are also eligible for performance-based cash incentives as part of our comprehensive compensation and benefits program.

$48,700.00 - $80,400.00

What Is the Opportunity?

This is an entry-level position requiring successful completion of training to advance to Claim Professional, Outside Property. The role involves developing skills in investigating, evaluating, negotiating, and resolving claims of lesser value and complexity. Responsibilities include managing the entire claim lifecycle, ensuring compliance with quality standards and regulations. The position is fully remote and may include a mix of mobile and home-based work.

What Will You Do?
  1. Complete required training through online, virtual, classroom, and on-the-job methods, which may require travel.
  2. Handle 1st party property claims of moderate severity and complexity.
  3. Establish damages scope, utilize estimates, and investigate claims thoroughly.
  4. Determine coverage, damages, liability, and reserves accurately.
  5. Negotiate claim settlements within authority limits.
  6. Correspond with denial letters, reservations of rights, and other complex communications.
  7. Manage damages, maintain diaries, and ensure timely resolution.
  8. Provide excellent customer service to all stakeholders.
  9. Refer claims to specialized units as appropriate.
  10. Perform administrative duties as needed.
  11. Support multi-line claim handling as required.
  12. May participate in legal proceedings.
  13. Maintain necessary licenses and certifications.
  14. Perform physical inspections, including climbing ladders safely.
  15. Perform other duties as assigned.
