What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

  1. Manage daily activities, procedures, and financial transactions of the Claim Operations Team
  2. Assign, coordinate, and review the work activities of associates
  3. Conduct audits and assess associate work products as appropriate
  4. Provide team status reports to senior leadership and ensure compliance with company guidelines
  5. Facilitate onboarding of new team members and ensure adequate training

What is Required (Qualifications):

  1. High school diploma required; Associate degree preferred
  2. Minimum of 5 years of related experience, including at least 2 years of team management experience
  3. Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal form
  4. Must be self-motivated and able to work from home
  5. Valid driver's license required

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

  1. Workers' compensation claims operations experience is preferred
  2. Experience with Microsoft Office and claims processing systems
