Qualifications

• 3+ years of construction field supervision experience, preferably in metal panel systems.
• Proven experience managing subcontractors and site coordination on commercial jobs.
• Knowledge of Insulated Metal Panels (IMP) or Aluminum Composite Panels (ACM) is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily field operations for cladding projects.
• Coordinate directly with project managers and subcontractors.
• Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Conduct regular site safety inspections.
