Job summary

Oerlikon is seeking a Cladding and Canning Operator for our Plymouth, MI facility. The role focuses on safe blending, mixing, curing, and screening of clad products on a 6am–2:30pm shift, Monday through Friday.

Qualifications

• High School education; experience may substitute.
• Strong math skills including decimals, fractions, percentages, weighted averages.
• Good organizational and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Blend, mix, cure, screen, and pack clad products.
• Understand work instructions and product specifications.
• Select proper screening equipment to maximize yield.
• Follow product parameters for repeatable quality.
• Maintain production records and support safety and quality procedures.
• Support continuous improvement and lean initiatives.
