Tesla Government Inc. is seeking a leader to guide the CKM initiative, refactor a large legacy system, and deliver a market-ready SaaS solution for government clients.

You will structure work for a small team, coordinate with development and design groups, and leverage AI to accelerate modernization. Ideal candidates have strong UI/UX expertise, experience with AI-enabled projects, and a proven ability to drive MVPs and A/B tests in a federal context.

Qualifications

• Experience directing projects that leverage AI coding capabilities.
• Deep understanding of UI/UX design and what makes a platform compelling for federal clients.
• Experience running A/B tests and analyzing results to drive decisions.
• Strong track record in delivering SaaS products for government audiences.
• Experience structuring and leading small teams to deliver phased results.

• Lead the CKM initiative and structure work of a small team to show phased results.
• Direct development and design teams to refactor, modernize, and productize a large legacy system.
• Utilize AI models to update, modernize, and productize Java codebase and improve UI/UX.
