Job summary

Mi-Case is seeking a Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) to lead enterprise information security strategy, governance, and risk across all products and services. You will report to the CTO and partner with executives to mature security posture for CJIS, FedRAMP, ISO 27001, and SOC 2 compliance.

You will build security programs, manage budgets, lead incident response, and communicate risk to the board while aligning security with business goals and client requirements.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in information security with leadership
• Experience with CJIS, FedRAMP, ISO 27001, SOC 2
• Strong governance, risk management, and budget skills

Responsibilities

• Define and drive enterprise information security strategy
• Lead CJIS 6.0 and FedRAMP compliance programs
• Maintain ISO 27001 ISMS and SOC 2 processes
• Oversee incident response, vulnerability management, and threat intelligence
• Collaborate with CEO/CTO and board on security strategy and investments
