Park City Aviators in Utah seeks a full-time CJ3 Captain to operate from the Heber City and Salt Lake City area. The ideal candidate will be a standout colleague dedicated to excellence in every aspect of performance.

Duties include safe operation of the CJ3, rigorous pre-flight inspections, weather and route planning, compliance with FARs, and ensuring safety of passengers and crew. Salary: $135,000–$200,000 per year.

Qualifications

• Total flight time must total 3000 hours.
• PIC time required: 1500 hours.
• MEL experience: 1000 hours.
• MEL PIC: 500 hours.
• Time in type: 500 hours.
• Type rating on Learjet 45 or comparable aircraft.

Responsibilities

• Safe operation of the CJ3 aircraft.
• Conduct flights in a safe and prudent manner following regulations.
• Perform proper pre-flight inspections per Aircraft Flight Manual.
• Check weather and facilities along the route and at airports.
• Ensure flights comply with Park City Aviators policies and FARs.
• Maintain safety of passengers, aircraft and crew.
• Complete trip paperwork per current procedures.
• Maintain documentation of all flights and regulatory records.

Job Summary

Park City Aviators is currently searching for a Full-Time CJ3 Captain to join our team operating from the Heber City and Salt Lake City, UT area. The ideal candidate will need to be a standout colleague while seeking excellence in every aspect of his/her performance.

Duties

• Responsible for safe operation of the CJ3 aircraft
• Responsible for conducting flights in a safe and prudent manner in accordance with, but not limited to the following items:
• The conduct of a proper pre-flight inspection in accordance with the approved Aircraft Flight Manual
• A complete check of weather and facilities along the route to be flown and airports to be used, including alternate airports
• Ensure the flight is conducted in accordance with the policies and procedures of Park City Aviators and applicable Federal Aviation Regulations
• Ensure the safety of all passengers, aircraft and crew
• Accurate completion of all trip paperwork in accordance with current procedures
• Maintain thorough documentation of all flights, inspections, incident reports, and regulatory compliance records.

Qualifications

• Total Time = 3000 hours
• PIC = 1500 hours
• MEL = 1000 hours
• MEL PIC = 500 hours
• Time in type = 500 hours
• Type rated on Learjet 45 or comparable aircraft
• First medical class required
• Average 12 work days per month
• Must be able to travel internationally unrestricted
• Primary residence within a 2 hour drive from KSLC or willing to relocate
• Park City Aviators collects salary range information based on market conditions from multiple industry sources. Park City Aviators crewmembers are compensated with a commensurate with experience compensation package.

Pay: $135,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
