Responsibilities

As a key member of our team, you’ll join our collaborative process providing clients with award‑winning planning, engineering, architectural design, construction management, and design‑build project delivery. You’ll work in a team environment and coordinate project assignments with other engineers and technicians in and out of your discipline group, as well as with clients and end users in Federal Civilian and Department of Defense (DoD) government agencies.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Architecture
  • At least 7 years of related Civil Works experience
  • Professional Licensure, PE or Registered Architect (RA) for engineering and architectural disciplines, respectively
  • Working knowledge of UFC design codes
  • US Citizenship
Preferred Disciplinary Knowledge
  • Civil - Hydraulics & Hydrology (H&H) studies, interior drainage modeling, site layouts and infrastructure design
  • Structural – floodwalls, piers, wharves, quays, tidal gates
  • Mechanical – pumps and pump stations
  • Electrical – pumps and pump stations
Preferred Qualifications
  • Project Management Institute (PMI) Certification considered for Project Management positions
  • Demonstrated design and project management experience within Federal and/or DoD markets
  • Experience using one or more of the following design codes AISC, ACI, AASHTO, ASCE, and PIANC
  • Experience developing design packages including plan sets, specifications, and cost estimates
  • Security clearance preferred

The base salary range for this position is $99,000.00 to $173,300.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
