Job summary

Triad Associates Inc., a division of Concordia Group, seeks a Civil Crew Technician for Las Vegas, NV. The role involves site preparation, excavation, concrete work, drainage, conduit, fiber, and general labor under Foreman supervision.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Previous experience in civil or construction labor (1+ year preferred).
• Good physical condition and ability to perform manual labor.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Safety-conscious attitude and knowledge of site safety practices.
• Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Assist in site preparation, excavation, grading, and backfilling operations.
• Install civil infrastructure such as drainage systems, conduit, fiber, cement platforms, and more.
• Assist in concrete work including formwork, pouring, and finishing. Route electrical conduits and raceways.
• Operate or support operators of machinery and equipment such as compactors, rollers, or excavators.
• Follow construction drawings, plans, and instructions from supervisors.
• Load and unload construction materials and move them to work areas.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
• Clean and maintain the worksite to ensure a safe and orderly environment.
