Responsibilities

As a vital member of our engineering team, your work will involve meaningful challenges and impactful tasks, such as:

• Detailed analysis and design of critical structures and components
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure designs meet safety and regulatory standards, including seismic and environmental requirements
• Evaluating plant modifications to ensure safety and compliance
• Preparing technical reports, design calculations, and specifications, and communicating findings effectively
• Collaborating across disciplines, leading design initiatives, developing innovative solutions, engaging in field operations, and inspiring teams

Qualifications

This posting covers a range of levels. Minimum qualifications for our mid-level position include:

• Bachelor's Degree in civil structural engineering from an accredited university
• At least 3 years of experience in civil structural design
• Good communication, presentation, and writing skills
• Ability to work independently and in teams
• Proficiency in Word and Excel

Salary Range

Mid-level engineers start at $90,000, with ranges up to $177,450 depending on role, level, and location. Compensation is influenced by skills, experience, and education.
