As part of our team, you will oversee and guide a group of engineers, ensuring the successful delivery of high‑profile projects in compliance with governmental standards and regulations. This is a leadership role in which you will manage a team of engineers, provide technical guidance, and lead structural design efforts. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of our structural/Civil engineering projects, particularly for government infrastructure.

  • Client Liaison: Act as the primary technical point of contact for government clients, working closely to understand project needs, provide updates, and address concerns.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including architects, construction managers, and other engineers, to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Quality Control: Maintain strict quality control processes to ensure that designs meet both technical specifications and government regulations.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with project designs and manage changes as necessary.
  • Business Development: Support the growth of the business by identifying new opportunities for government infrastructure projects, contributing to proposals, and strengthening client relationships.
Key Requirements
  • Professional Engineer (PE) License is required.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in structural engineering with a focus on government projects, including either building or highway or bridge design.
  • Leadership Experience: Proven experience in managing teams of engineers, including mentoring junior staff and overseeing project teams. Experience in a managerial or director role is preferred.
