Job summary

Ideal candidates will have 7+ years in engineering drafting, proficiency in AutoCAD and Autodesk Structural packages, and familiarity with AVEVA

Qualifications

• 7+ years of engineering drafting and design experience.
• Experience using AutoCAD and Autodesk Structural packages is essential.
• A preference for AVEVA (E3D or PDMS).
• Knowledge of Navisworks, Bluebeam Revu, and MS Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Perform layout and design work from basic data supplied.
• Develop working drawings and 3D models per standards and codes.
• Check 3D models for accuracy and interference.
• Create detailed 2D/3D drawings of civil/structural steel and concrete.
• Apply CAD techniques and standard design applications.
• Demonstrate knowledge of civil/structural drawing practices.
• Collaborate with project engineers and designers.
• Direct drafting personnel as needed.
• Ensure QA procedures are followed.
