The Civil Structural Designer will work full-time developing substation sites for electrical utilities. Responsibilities include coordinating with clients, Mesa engineers, various engineering disciplines, local county and state regulatory bodies, and other stakeholders to produce comprehensive drawing packages. The candidate must be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and committed to producing error-free, high-quality work. Minimal travel and site walk-downs are required. Overtime may be necessary. The role requires demonstrated leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well in a team environment, building strong client relations.
