Qualifications
3+ years of experience in civil engineering (land development and/or water/wastewater).
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams.
Experience with tools like Civil 3D, StormCAD, WaterCAD (or similar).
Responsibilities
Design and deliver civil/site and utility infrastructure projects.
Take ownership of project components and sometimes entire projects.
Lead or contribute to QA/QC efforts for high-quality designs.
