Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• 6-10 years of civil/site land development experience
• Professional Engineer (PE) license in New Jersey, Connecticut, and Delaware, or the ability to obtain a New Jersey, Connecticut, and Delaware PE through reciprocity if relocating
• Project management experience preferred
• Strong technical design, client communication, and leadership skills
• Experience with site development, grading, drainage, utilities, and permitting is preferred
