This hands-on role emphasizes clear data, strong collaboration with contractors and municipal partners, and the ability to identify and coordinate corrective actions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years' municipal or authority site improvements experience.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering plans and standards.
• Strong field documentation and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inspections of site improvements for quality and compliance.
• Maintain daily documentation, progress notes, photos, and communications.
• Identify non-conforming work and coordinate corrective actions with contractors and officials.
• Communicate professionally with contractors, municipal staff, and stakeholders.
• Use Survey123, ArcGIS, tablets, and GPS for data collection and reporting.
