Job summary

Liberty Personnel Services, Inc. is seeking a Civil Site Engineer to join their growing team in Freehold, New Jersey. This role offers an opportunity to manage various land development projects including commercial and residential sites.

The ideal candidate will have a BS in Civil Engineering and over 2 years of civil site design experience. Familiarity with AutoCAD Civil 3D and knowledge of NJ permitting processes are preferred. Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in civil site design.
• Familiarity with NJ land development and permitting processes is preferred.
• EIT or PE certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare site design plans including grading and drainage.
• Coordinate projects with clients and regulatory agencies.
• Assist with permitting and land development approvals.
• Conduct engineering calculations and technical reports.
