Qualifications

• 4-7+ years of residential and/or commercial civil land development work experience.
• Engineer in Training (EIT) or PE preferred.
• Knowledge of local municipal, county and state land use processes.

Responsibilities

• Review municipal zoning and land development ordinances for land limitations.
• Preparation of concept drawings based on client's objectives.
• Leadership in the design of stormwater management systems.
