Qualifications
4-7+ years of residential and/or commercial civil land development work experience.
Engineer in Training (EIT) or PE preferred.
Knowledge of local municipal, county and state land use processes.
Responsibilities
Review municipal zoning and land development ordinances for land limitations.
Preparation of concept drawings based on client's objectives.
Leadership in the design of stormwater management systems.
