Qualifications

• BS in Civil Engineering and NC PE or immediate ability to obtain.
• Minimum 5+ years of design experience with progressive responsibility for project management.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Civil 3D; proficient in Word, Excel, Project, Outlook.
• Experience in Stormwater Management.

Responsibilities

• Discover client goals and define project scope, timelines, and budgets.
• Develop detailed project plans and allocate resources.
• Negotiate with contractors and suppliers for materials and services.
• Monitor progress and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Provide regular progress reports to clients and senior management.
