Timmons Group is currently seeking a Civil Project Manager/Senior Civil Project Manager - Stormwater candidate to join our Stormwater Group located in our Ashburn, VA office.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Managing assigned projects and developing client accounts
• Marketing, client development, ensuring technical quality, profitability, scheduling, coordinating project staff, client communication, negotiating scopes and fees, billing, and fee collection
• Maintaining strong client relationships and cross-selling Timmons Group services
• Managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Preparing specifications using research and catalogs for materials, installation, inspection, and payments
• Completing design details and plan sets
• Researching and writing objective summary reports
• Working with local governments on TMDL and MS4 regulatory compliance issues

Skills and Requirements include but are not limited to:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Civil Engineering, with professional registration (P.E.) in Virginia or other states where Timmons Group operates, or obtaining P.E. in Virginia promptly
• 6+ years of experience in civil engineering related to Stormwater management
• Ability to manage schedules and budgets for multiple projects
• Experience in marketing and supervising technical staff
• Knowledge of CADD and Civil 3D software (Civil 3D preferred)
