Bolton & Menk, Inc. in Rochester, MN is seeking a Civil Project Manager, PE to lead municipal infrastructure projects and drive client satisfaction. You will oversee planning, development, and completion while managing budgets and teams.

The ideal candidate has a Civil Engineering degree, a PE license, and 10+ years of municipal experience, with strong client relations and business development skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited college or university.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) with Civil discipline.
• 10+ years' progressive experience in civil engineering, including municipal projects.
• Experience in client relationship management and business development.
• Experience in plan and specification development with construction contract administration.
• Experience with municipal business development and building strong client relationships.
• Experience conducting community meetings and communication.
• Previous supervisory experience.

What You Will Be Doing

As a Civil Project Manager you will be responsible for planning, development, and completion of projects ensuring client satisfaction and budget management.

What We Are Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited college or university
• Licensed Professional Engineer
• 10+ years' progressive experience in the civil engineering field, including experience working with municipal infrastructure.
• Experience with client relationship management and business development.
• Experience in plan and specification development with construction contract administration.
• Experience with municipal business development and building strong client relationships
• Experience conducting community meetings and communication
• Previous supervisory experience

Salary Range: $83,000 - $155,000 depending on years of experience and credentials

Bolton & Menk is providing the compensation range that the company in good faith believes it might pay and offer for this position, based on the successful applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities in addition to specific geographic location.
