What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

• Manage and lead project design and construction administration for Mission Critical Data Center projects
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for site development projects involving private developers, general contractors, and architects
• Conduct project coordination meetings and liaise with clients and sub-consultants to meet project needs
• Oversee the production of project documents including site plans, utility plans, and grading plans
• Develop and manage project scope, budget, staffing, and schedule while ensuring quality assurance and control

What is Required (Qualifications):

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering, Planning, or related field
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management within the engineering or construction industry
• Strong knowledge of civil engineering concepts, project document production, and industry standards

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant design software
