Civil Project Manager - Land development

We are currently seeking to add aCivil Project Manager to our Land Development team.

We are looking for a self-motivated Land Development Project Manager with a can-do attitude and a passion for innovative solutions. You'll be technically knowledgeable with strong communication skills, able to collaborate effectively with clients and colleagues to bring their vision to life. Be part of a thriving team actively planning and delivering creative designs and solutions. We offer a collaborative environment where you'll contribute to all phases of development, from initial vision to final construction. Your expertise will be instrumental in creating effective designs for a diverse range of projects - from senior living facilities to commercial spaces and vibrant neighborhoods.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in civil engineering
  • Professional Engineering (PE) licensed in Washington. (Oregon a plus.)
  • 10+ years of engineering experience.
  • 3+ years of experience managing a team of direct reports and managing projects.
  • Ability to manage projects independently.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee all phases to deliver land development projectson-time and on-budget in a manner that exceeds our clients' expectations.
  • Coordinate with clients, team members, and external stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Ability to develop and foster authentic, long-lasting relationships with clients and further develop business opportunities.
  • Prepare and review engineering plans, reports, and documents. Including proposals, scopes of work, and budgets.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and technical staff.

Salary/Benefits:
