  • Solid understanding of land development permitting and approval processes.
  • Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop high-performing technical teams.
  • Business and financial acumen with experience managing project performance.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, organization, and client relationships.
  • Confidence presenting to clients, senior leaders, departmental stakeholders, and C-level executives.
  • PMP certification preferred.

  • Manage project performance against critical paths, timelines, quality standards, and financial targets.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, project teams, and senior leadership.

  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to Project Engineers and Designers.
  • Guide teams in site grading, utility design, and stormwater management.
  • Navigate land development permitting processes.
  • Monitor project financials, invoices, status reports, and performance metrics.
  • Identify project risks and implement strategies to keep delivery on track.
