AE2S seeks a Civil Project Manager to lead civil engineering projects in Bismarck, ND, overseeing project teams and delivering high-quality results on time and within budget.

Responsibilities include design, specifications, reports, budgets, scopes, permits, contracts, and coordination with sub-consultants and contractors, while maintaining client relationships and pursuing new business opportunities. Requires PE licensure or ability to obtain within six months, and 8+ years in civil engineering.

• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to travel as required for project responsibilities.

Responsabilités

• Provide professional services for civil engineering projects including design, plans, specifications, reports, budgets, scopes, permits, contracts, schedules, estimates, and coordination of sub-consultants and contractors.
• Manage performance of project team members (Engineers, Technicians).
• Maintain and grow client relationships and pursue new opportunities.
• Provide quality control and assurance on all project work.
• Maintain project budgets and schedules.
• Coordinate and attend internal and external meetings.
