Job summary

Wilson & Company, Inc., Engineers and Architects is seeking an experienced Civil Project Manager to lead transportation projects in Colorado. The role focuses on directing multimodal roadway design, managing schedules and budgets, and coordinating multi-discipline teams from pursuit to closeout.

The ideal candidate holds a Colorado PE or can obtain it within four months, with 10+ years in street and highway design and strong client engagement skills.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Colorado PE license, or ability to obtain one within four months of hire.
  • Ten or more years designing streets and highways, with a track record of delivering projects you were accountable for.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop multi-person project teams.
  • Working command of federal, state, and local design standards and regulations.
  • Proficiency in OpenRoads and/or AutoCAD/Civil 3D.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage clients, support public meetings, and produce clear written materials.

Responsibilities

  • Mentor engineers and project managers across Colorado by helping them strengthen their skills, expand their project experience, and pursue meaningful growth opportunities.

Civil Project Manager – Transportation

Our growing team is looking for an experienced engineer to join us and lead transportation projects for agencies across the Front Range.

What you’ll be doing

  • Experience mentoring engineers and project managers.
Compensation and benefits

$125,000–$175,000+ depending on experience.
