Qualifications

• Strong civil/site and land development background.
• Experience leading projects and design teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead civil/site and land development projects from design through delivery.
• Serve as the primary client contact and manage stakeholders.
• Oversee project schedules, budgets, deliverables, and quality.
• Lead, delegate, and mentor engineers and designers.
• Review grading, drainage/stormwater, utilities, and site infrastructure.
• Lead client and regulatory agency meetings; participate in BD.
