Job summary

A civil engineering firm in Olympia, WA is seeking a candidate to design land development plans for large-scale projects, including subdivisions. The successful applicant will coordinate with internal teams and clients, ensuring compliance with local and state regulations. A Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a related field is required, along with excellent communication skills. Experience with Civil 3D and hydrologic/hydraulic programs is desirable but not mandatory. Competitive salary offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering (or a closely related field) from an accredited college or university.
• Experience with Civil 3D is desired, but not required.
• Experience with hydrologic and hydraulic computer programs is desired, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Design of land development plans for large-scale developments, multi-family developments, and subdivisions.
• Coordination of design plans with internal personnel, client, and city review team.
• Attend meetings regarding your project and obtain approval through all local and state governing agencies.
