A leading design firm seeks a Civil Project Engineer in Chester County to lead civil engineering projects. The role involves planning, consulting, and ensuring the quality of engineering designs using advanced software tools. The ideal candidate possesses a Civil Engineering degree and a Professional Engineer license, along with at least five years of experience.

The Civil Project Engineer will provide technical leadership to project teams working on planning, evaluation, design, and implementation of civil engineering projects. The successful candidate will lead the study-phase and/or design-phase of projects related to civil, environmental, construction, and industrial fields. The Civil Project Engineer will interact with employees outside their department, occasionally with clients, and rarely with the public (agencies, government entities, etc.), and may participate in selling to clients. The engineer is expected to manage project staff and deliverables, represent the company professionally, and have advanced knowledge of at least two engineering software packages. A Professional Engineering license is required.
