Job summary

Jobot is seeking a civil/environmental engineer to lead design and permitting for site layout, grading, drainage, and related utilities. The role requires a PE license, strong communication, and experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D and land development projects.

You will coordinate submittals, liaise with regulatory agencies, and prepare technical reports while supporting project managers to deliver timely solutions for diverse civil-engineering assignments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering.
• Professional Engineering License Required.
• Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D and Microsoft Office required. Hydraflow Storm Sewer, Hydrograph, and WaterCad preferred.
• Must have strong communication and writing skills.
• Experience with design of land development projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and permitting of construction plans for site layout, grading, drainage, erosion control, stormwater treatment and conveyance, water and sewer, roadway, pump station and force main design.
• Coordinate project submittals and facilitate regulatory agency approvals; obtain construction permits; produce technical reports.
