Job summary

Lackland Engineering, PLLC in Fort Worth, TX, is seeking a Civil Project Engineer to join our land development team. You will assist with design, construction plans, and studies for single-family communities across North Texas, under supervision of a licensed engineer, with a path toward licensure.

Responsibilities include guiding EITs, establishing design intent and schedules, and performing drainage, grading, and utility sizing work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• 3-8 years of professional work experience.
• EIT or Professional Engineer license.
• Authorization to work for any employer in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Work with project manager on establishing preliminary design intent, schedule, and necessary deliverables.
• Directs EITs on advancing design to final.
• Responsible for drainage calculations.
• Responsible for grading.
• Responsible for sizing utilities and storm drain.
