We are looking to add a Project Engineer, PE who will help foster our mission that All People Should Live in Safe, Sustainable and Beautiful Communities!

What You Will Be Doing:

• Manage planning, scheduling, and performance of multiple engineering projects and personnel, including design and construction phases.
• Collaborate closely with Project Managers to understand client needs and expectations.
• Review and prepare preliminary reports and feasibility studies.
• Read and interpret engineering plans, specifications, and reports.
• Provide technical advice on design, construction, modifications, and repairs to clients, contractors, and staff.
• Assist with business development activities such as client needs assessment, research, and proposals.
• Coordinate construction administration and monitor documentation with field staff.

What We Are Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution.
• Licensed Professional Engineer in Minnesota.
• Minimum of 4 years' progressive civil engineering experience, including municipal infrastructure.
• Experience in plan and specification development and construction contract administration.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Knowledge of MnDOT requirements.
• Valid driver’s license for travel to various sites and facilities.

Salary Range: $68,000 - $120,000 depending on experience and credentials.
