Job summary

The Kleingers Group is seeking a Staff Civil Engineer in Indianapolis to provide technical leadership on planning, evaluation, design, and implementation of civil projects. You will guide study/design phases and interact with clients and stakeholders while mentoring interns and co-ops.

The role requires a degree in Civil Engineering, strong CAD skills, 3–5 years of experience, and the ability to communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of civil engineering principles, practices, and tools.
• Proficient in computer-assisted design (CAD) and other design, data recording, and analyzation software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead study-phase and/or design-phase of civil, environmental, construction and industrial projects.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other engineers to ensure progress.
• Produce reports, calculations, and design specifications for projects.
